3 Best Sports Bars in Kansas City, MO

I’ve loved Yard house ever since I visited my first one in Newport Beach, eating there 3-4 times a week every other week when traveling there for business. You couple the great menu with the hospitality of the servers in Kansas City and you get a one of a kind experience. I personally love the cheese curds, the garlic lobster noodles and really miss the surf and turf burger. After Portland’s location closed, I haven’t eaten at a Yardhouse in years and it was a delight to be able to try again while visiting KC. Logan our server heard of my love for the surf and turf burger, talked to his manager Corey (an OG Yardie he said) and they worked with the sous chef Chris to recreate it. And it was AMAZING!!! To top it all off, they shared a gift certificate with us and we ate there again the following night! Thank you guys.

The ambiance of the restaurant was truly impressive, creating a welcoming and upscale atmosphere. Our server was attentive and provided excellent recommendations from the extensive menu. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, delicious flavors. From appetizers to desserts, every course was a culinary delight. We highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable dining experience. Manager very helpful.

The food is totally worth a trip to the Yard House. I had the pleasure of going to KC for 2 separate trips and found myself eating at the restaurant on multiple nights. The wait staff was on top of the orders, and even on busy nights, there were drinks and beers promptly. I have to admit Emma was the best waitress if you happen to get her section, but all the staff was great.

I talked to Roger ( the manager) this evening. I was telling him how much we love going to The Brass Rail. I will never forget that one night over a year ago I forgot my pool sticks there and when I talked to Roger over the phone after I left that night he found my sticks and locked them up in his office and I was able to pick them up the very next day. He was so kind and gracious. The food is always great and the servers are so good. They are very quick at taking orders and maintaining good service. They are very polite, kind, and professional. We love playing pool here and there is always an available table. The dart boards are good. The shuffleboard is fun and entertaining. Also, they have a great variety of pool and dart products to choose from if interested in purchasing. The music is good and just a fun atmosphere to be in and around. What a great establishment ran by a great team of professionals. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

My family and I love going to Brass Rail! We have always had exceptional service from Jen! She’s very attentive, friendly, and she makes sure everything is fine. Jen is always aware of what’s going on and she always ask if we need anything. She makes sure that her patrons are happy while making everyone feel welcomed. Jen is a valuable asset to Brass Rail, and she is someone that we enjoy seeing every time we stop by.

This is a fairly large establishment hosting pool tables, dart boards, and some great food! The staff is friendly and very competent. The management visits table to table, ensuring your visit is satisfactory. I've seen them clean tables, deliver food, and refill drinks if necessary. The food is exactly what you'd expect, good portions, good taste, and a decent price.
