Aaron, Thomas, and the entire Install It Direct team were absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. Our backyard renovation is exactly what we had hoped for. They were consulted of, flexible, and worked very quickly to get us precisely what we wanted. On top of that, these are some of the nicest folks you could ever hope to hire. This is our second experience and third project with him, and it’s been perfect each time.

Chris and Troy installed a hardscape, BBQ island, and turf in our front/back yard and we are very happy with the results! They were so easy to work with and brought their knowledge and experience to the table with great suggestions that improved our original plan. The team was very professional and efficient.
