Robin was terrific. He replaced my water pressure reducing valve and the bronze ball valve outside my house. It looks amazing and my water pressure coming into the house is now perfect. Additionally, he moved my water filtration tanks and ran new piping replacing some original copper piping which was corroded. He is professional and pleasant. The completed work looks wonderful and I really like the outcome. I have used United before and have recommend them to others. I had Gabriel fix an issue with some wiring to my dryer, and I am extremely satisfied with his work. The dryer was tricky to get behind, but he had the right tools for the job. There ended up being a couple other issues with the breaker box related to the dryer, and he fixed them as well even though it wasn’t part of the initial estimate. This is clearly an extremely professional company with very talented employees, and they’re worth every dollar. I also appreciate the time he spent walking me through the issue and teaching me what went wrong and how he was fixing it, even though it ended up taking more time than planned. I fully intend to use this company again in the future when I upgrade my electrical hookups.
