WOW! Garage Door Medics (GDM) does what they say. Their unwavering commitment to customer service and ethical business practices really stood out. Luca came over the other day to perform maintenance on our garage door. I explained the issues I was having. Immediately, he diagnosed the issue and made the repairs and adjustments, only recommending what was needed, making sure that we received only necessary services. Luca was efficient and courteous. He explained everything before and after. GDM's above and beyond customer service began the minute I called to make the appointment. The corporate culture, fostering respect and care combined with a customer-first approach, is carried at the core of each team member. I highly recommend you check GDM out yourself if you are needing anything related to garage doors.

Absolutely great! They were communicative, came during their window, looked at the issue and diagnosed it within minutes. In my case we replaced the motor, which they squeezed me in the next day! They told me which motor would be good for my garage size, sent me the link to buy it myself since I was on a bit of a budget, and a day later. They came, installed, set it up, cleaned up their area, were great! Absolutely the best I could have asked for. Great price. Great service.
