They really listened to our needs and worked with us to find the best solution. Given our tight timeline, we were amazed when they installed our new monitoring system the very next day! Ron was absolutely exceptional—he took the time to understand our price target, timeline, and security objectives, and crafted a perfect design that was both cost-effective and aligned with our needs. Then, Matias came in for the installation and really went above and beyond. He was patient, thorough, and made sure we understood every aspect of the system's capabilities. His detailed explanation gave us so much confidence moving forward. We’ve worked with several security companies over the last three decades, but Smart Shield Systems truly stands out as the best. We are incredibly pleased with our new security system, and without hesitation, we highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier security solutions.

We had Smart Shield set up the alarm & cameras in our office and it just works great , very convenient and each employee has its code to arm and disarm this way we know when the first employee comes in and last one to go out. Another great part that they were more than half the price of ADT for install & monitoring.

If possible I would give them 7 stars. Just great all across the board.
