I can’t thank Sam enough for his incredible work! He went above and beyond and really made sure that my MacBook was working perfectly. There was an issue with a part I ordered and he made sure I knew and he was kind enough to install the replacement part for me. I am so lucky I found SD computer repair. Apple quoted me $800 but at SD computer repair it was done for a fraction of that price. I also got my computer back in a couple hours! Thank you so much Sam.

This place is top-notch! My PC was fully repaired in just a few hours, and they installed a new hard drive that runs super fast. They also took the time to teach me how to maintain my computer and access all my data from the old drive. On top of that, they cleaned out the dust and made some extra fixes, couldn’t have asked for better service.

Very fast repair! I brought my laptop in with trouble after upgrading to Windows 11. Turns out I needed a new Solid State drive to be compatible. SD Computer Repair had me running like new the next day.

I came in a couple weeks ago to unlock my brother's computer who had passed. Marco helped me out. He had great customer service and went above and beyond to work with me, which I'm extremely grateful for. Marco was also kind enough to call me multiple times to keep me updated on the progress of the laptop. I'm not tech savvy in the slightest, but he was able to explain everything thoroughly enough for me to understand what the problem was. They have a policy where they hold onto your computer for about a week before diagnosing it and giving you a quote, but that wasn't a problem for me. You might also want to make sure your laptop is charged or bring your charger with you to the shop. I would definitely recommend this repair shop for anyone who has issues with their computer.

As a photographer, one of your worst fears is a hard drive that decides not to work. The amazing team over at San Diego Computer help were kind and reassuring from the moment I called to the moment I left with all of my data intact. I was fearful of the cost, and they worked with me to find a resolution that I could handle and were sure to communicate all options with me. They even accommodated me when I nervously showed up with my laptop in hopes to transfer some data quickly. I’ve been to this place several times. He’s always taken really good care of me. He is a genuinely kind soul and very good at his job. I walked in right before close and he fixed my phone in about 15 minutes perfectly and even stayed late to finish. He gave me the best deal in town to fix both of my phones. He works for charities and he helps the homeless people in his free time. 10/10 would recommend.

He’s super kind and honest. I gave him my laptop and he was upfront and said that the repair would cost more than it’s worth. He’d make money of course if he fixed it and charged me after the fact but I appreciate that he told me right from the beginning that it’d be too expensive to repair.

The first time i came here and he gave me a student discount which I’m proud of because i might come back.
