Tom/Black Bear Electric was able to get us scheduled very quickly for service after we had a GFI socket in our kitchen burn out (smoking). Not only did Tom schedule us quickly, but he kept us informed via text as to his arrival time. He also took the time to assess the needed repairs and found another GFI that had not been grounded properly. Tom was patient while answering our "electrical" questions, as we are not the original owners of our home. We were very happy with his expertise, fast, quality service, and we will most definitely use him again when we have electrical needs.

Tom did an excellent job installing my Tesla charger in my garage. He was very easy to schedule with and arrived when he said he would and completed the job quick and efficiently. He did a clean job too. I highly recommend Black Bear Electric Inc to anyone who needs a reliable and professional electrician.

Black Bear did an amazing upgrade to our kitchen with fabulous cabinet lighting. Extremely professional, always prompt, great to work with. Even came back and fixed a minor issue that probably had nothing to do with the project, for free.
