Richard was very knowledgeable and professional. He was friendly and understood how important electrical safety is with my pool and the grandkids; he explained what he was checking and why. I knew customer service is very important to him and the company. Richard also checked my home, breaker box, etc. When he left I felt confident in his work and knew the company would be responsive any time I needed a service. I highly recommend Mister Sparky service and Richard the technician.

I would like to give a Great Big Shoutout to John J. He was very professional and came right on time. Very thorough and took time to explain what needed to be done and the cost before it was done, so there would be no misunderstanding. He had the most pleasant attitude and an overall right spirit. It is so good to know that good people are still out there and care about others and love what they do. Lord knows John was a blessing to me today. Needed repair to fluorescent kitchen light. R. Obrien was dispatched and promptly diagnosed the problem, offered repair/replacement solutions and had the problem solved quickly. He was very personable and made me feel very confident with the work he did.
