“After contacting Mr. Electric and explaining my problem (lights were flickering in the whole house and I couldn't use large appliances) prior to setting up an appointment or sending a service rep they said to contact GA Power just in case the issue was on their side. Turns out there was an issue at the transformer that GA Power fixed. Mr Electric actually lost money on a service call since they never needed to even send anyone out to my house after their bit of advice. It's definitely a stand up team out there at Mr. Electric! They'll be the first number I call next time too.”
