When I informed the shop that the recipient of my order had not received her flowers they quickly discovered what had caused the issue and offered to make and send another arrangement. This shop was great to work with. The flowers arrived a little over an hour after I called, and the arrangement was beautiful! 10/10.

The customer service is wonderful. One of the staff members contacted me to inform me that they did not have certain flowers in stock but ensured me that they would make the arrangement look close to what I selected, and they did. I love that they send you a photo of your arrangement prior to sending it to the recipient! It provides a sense of relief because you know that what you are paying for is truly what is being delivered. Kudos, Flowers by Chris!

They always do a lovely job at making unique arrangements for my girl and delivering them within the desired timeframe. I've been more than satisfied with their work and I'll keep going back for special occasions.
