Flowers On Broad

I worked with Becky on ordering flowers for my grandfathers funeral. She was patient, kind and wonderful working with myself and my grandmother who is hard of hearing. She even made a "demo" arrangement so my grandmother could see visually what it all looked like together. She listened to our vision and I think the work speaks for itself, the flowers were delivered early which worked perfectly and everyone said how beautiful the arrangements were. My grandmother was so pleased with how beautiful her husbands arrangements were. Thank you to Becky and the Flowers on Broad team for taking such good care of such a special man, and his wife.

I went in and had no idea what to get. I was going to see a family member that recently had surgery and I wanted to brighten her day. I also knew she wouldn’t want anything elaborate, she prefers simplicity for herself and elaborate for her children. So, I explained these things and they made me this beautiful and absolutely perfect bouquet! It was more than I expected but beyond the beauty of the arrangement their customers service was above board. They were kind, friendly, and attentive. It’s so nice to walk into a local establishment and be so well greeted and cared for. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my flower needs!

Had a small issue with the first arrangement but a call to them and a new one was delivered immediately. Great customer service and will always continue to use them. They are the best!!! - Donna H
