I ordered flowers for my truly wonderful boss to celebrate her birthday. She’s in Chicago. I’m in Los Angeles suburbs. I’m extremely particular about flowers, so it’s a gamble to order from far away. The price was fair and the arrangement elegant. My boss cried. Good sign. Very kind employee explained to me that the arrangement couldn’t be dropped at door due to weather. It’s snowing in Chicago! My boss always describes the weather as beautiful and misconstrued! Anyway the employee arranged for delivery considering weather. Beautiful flowers. Wonderful customer service. What else could one want? Thank you.
