Awesome experience with Dixie! My daughters key broke and I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I called Dixie and they walked me through starting the car so I was able to take it to them the next morning! She got her key within 15min and was on her way! Great customer service! I will be back for a backup key! Thank you guys!

My key just walked away. I called Dixie lock and safe, and they came to my home to replace my key and fob to my car. I did not talk to an operator for someone one th call me back. Real people who offer reasonable prices and no games.

Incredible service here. They got done in 5 minutes what the Ford Dealership was gonna take 3 days to do. Very friendly.
