Mr. Key's Locksmith

Definitely the go to spot. The ladies that helped me today went above and beyond to help me get a replacement key as I had accidentally broke my key in half and lost it in the ignition. I got the key out the ignition and brought it over to Mr. Key. They were able to match it, cut and shape it and provided me with a makeshift of the original key as a "spare" for future use and an entirely new key. They told me the brief instructions on how to program the key myself. I got home, inserted the old key and the car started right up(no lock light came on) I removed it and put the new key in and the car turned over with only a minor not staying on the first time but it was in the cold for a few days without being started up and it's a lemon so I wasn't shocked. Second time I turned the key over the car turned on, stayed on, and I was able to go back to my errands and daily routine.

The young lady that attended to me was very nice, made my key and programed it very fast. I did ended up tipping her. The only negative is there was a guy who i guess worked there, put his hands on my shoulder and told me I better tip her well. I didn't like that at all, especially because it felt like I being forced to do so. I always tip for any service i receive but that guy didn't even say good afternoon when i walked in. So i don't know why he put his dirty hands on my shoulder and tells me what i should and shouldn't do. The young lady gave me great service but they need to address that other person who I think works for them and tell him to mind his business. She gets 5 stars, the other person gets a -5 stars.

Very professional, the only place I found that could cut and program a key for a smart car. They were very quick. Friendly staff would definitely recommend Mr key to anyone
