Rafael did the annual renewal inside and outside treatment. He is always so pleasant and engaging. He is a very hard worker, professional and thorough. It is rare we have a follow up need except cockroaches which get in outside with the pet doors and boxes arriving. We have been using Command Pest Control for 21 years and never disappointed. The whole staff is fantastic but you always have favorites like Rafael and Carlos.

Just had Carlos again for my yearly inside/outside treatment. Wow! Such a nice guy. I even saw him dusting cobwebs from the edges of my windows outside. Above and beyond. I called to request Carlos for all my future yearly visits.

Robert is fantastic!!! He is the best, most conscientious specialist I’ve had in my 40 years using Truly Nolen. Robert is knowledgeable, sincere, and honest. While not contracted for some pests, Robert always advises on what might be needed! At one point, when I was considering other exterminators Robert said “what can I do to prove to you that Truly Nolen is the best option and keep you as a loyal customer.” That comment proved his commitment to my satisfaction, and he has never disappointed!!
