Main sewer line blocked over the weekend and they showed up even earlier than expected Monday morning. Josh was very professional and did a great job explaining what he was doing, talking through our questions, and showing what had been done. Would definitely use them again.
Ryan was terrific, he explained everything in detail so we understood what all needed done. We also appreciated the fact he was patient with us having dogs in the backyard, he did not block our driveway and he was a really nice guy. The new toilet works great.
Robert insisted on doing the job right. This meant going to the main shop on Kellogg from Park City to get what he needed to complete the job. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
