Very impressed with all aspects of Mr. Rooter. Attentive & friendly receptionist, & Chad has been out to our place multiple times for different things. Not only did he solve our issues for good, he helped us understand what was happening to cause it. Chad understands the inconvenience that plumbing issues can cause, and he works very hard to ensure you’re taken care of. If you’re in the Des Moines area give these guys a call!

Service tech Chad was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all my options. Being without water for a day or so was pretty miserable, but he assured us he would have us up and running in no time. He followed through with his promise and we are happy with the quality of work. A+
