I called Mr. Rooter plumbing and the service was professional from start to finish. Ashley, the front desk clerk was pleasant to work with on all occasions and Eric and Christian, the field techs provided a dependable action plan, which in my opinion was best practice for what I had done. They converted a single sink to dual sinks on a repurposed vanity (not easily). They were friendly and kind during every interaction and went out of their way to maintain a positive experience. It was my first time calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing, but certainly not my last. Thank you.

I contacted Mr Rooter about installing a new vanity turning in existing single into a double, and addressing a repair on our toilet. They were great to work with, answered their phone when I called, kept me updated when they would be showing up for their appointment, and went above and beyond to do a great job. At the initial bid appointment he even helped me take the vanity off the truck, and when installing took look longer than expected stayed after hours to ensure the job was complete before leaving. Finish product turned out professional, well done, and looks great.

John Reed was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and worked diligently to accomplish jetting the sewer and grease trap then setting a lift station pump. I will recommend him for his ability and highly recommend him. We will be using his services in the future.
