Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Nathan WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! HE WAS SUPER PROFESSIONAL. HE DID A GREAT JOB WITH EVERYTHING. MY WEEK WAS GOING DOWN HILL AND HE MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH BETTER. He was super positive, very friendly, and was very knowledgeable in everything that he was doing. He explained everything he would have to do and kept me up to date with the process. I am so happy that he was the person to fix the disaster in my basement. We had sewage coming up but not anymore.

Matt was our plumber today. He was communicative, punctual, and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on with our drains and thoroughly explained my various options and what the cost of each option would be. Matt worked quickly and was very professional. He also left the bathroom spotless when he finished the job. I will definitely use this company again in the future, thanks Matt!
