Fantastic family owned business. It's nice they do both small residential and larger commercial jobs. They were communicative every step of the way and made sure the work was completed to the best of their ability. Even went as far as to get a paint sample so that when the frame was repainted it would match the other windows. We had a 80+ year leaded window that needed to be restored and they redid the whole thing and made it able to open and close again (which is impressive considering that this window probably was left unfunctional for decades.

Great Experience! Fletcher & Sara ensured my windows were restored to my liking. They patiently answered all of my many questions. Sara, the site manager, was always responsive and ensured my home was left tidy at the end of each work day. I will be using Windows Diverse Services for my next set of windows to be restored.

Frederick and his team are absolutely wonderful! Scheduling is never an issue, costs are reasonable, and the work is always outstanding. I just hate that they're going to be super swamped now with all this great publicity. Truly are a wonderful crew.

Carl and Dallas were great to work with! They were prompt about quoting, scheduling, communication, and getting the job done timely and well. Carl went above and beyond and it shows! They cleaned my second story gutters, adjusted the pitch, and installed gutter guards. Great work! Would definitely recommend.

I have been using Prestissimo for 7 years now, ever since buying my historic home. Carl and Dallas are wonderful to work with! Each spring Prestissimo cleans all my windows and swaps out my historic storm windows for screens, which is no small feat since they are HEAVY! In the fall, we do it all over again, cleaning the windows and putting the storms back in. I really appreciate the excellent communication, their knowledge of historic windows and homes, and the high quality results I always receive.

We contracted Prestissimo to clean the windows at our place of business in Detroit. The communication was great and the windows were cleaned beyond our expectation. The founder, Carl, is very knowledgeable and professional. We were very happy with their service.

Their workers are on time and very courteous and neat the work done this week was the first time I had them do the inside of the windows and they did a fantastic job. I am very thrilled with how beautiful and clean my house looks. Jack and Rikki did such a great job. They are a good team. They are friendly and kind. We also had them clean our deck. I swear it hasn’t been this clean since it was new many years ago.
