Jay did an excellent job setting up our security cameras. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was installed properly, explained how the system works clearly, and answered all of our questions with patience. The cameras are positioned perfectly and working flawlessly. We feel much safer now thanks to his great work.

Mansoor did a great job uninstalling and reinstalling our security system. He paid attention to detail and ensured that our system was set up the way we preferred. We are extremely pleased with the service he provided.

My service installation was seamless. David, my technician explained everything he was doing and made sure all of the devices were properly working. He was easy to talk to and I highly recommend him.

Pointe Alarm has been a great and reliable alarm service that has provided us with added comfort at home and peace of mind while we are away. The service also has been pretty much setup and forget about it. I have never had to contact them for any service related reason at all, other than the initial activation when we moved in. Really awesome company and I definitely recommend them over many of the other big names.

Pointe Alarm meets our security needs. It is easy to use and the customer service is very responsive. For example... when a new exterior door began to settle, the magnetic sensor began to alarm. The Pointe Alarm technician diagnosed and corrected the situation very quickly and capably.

Big shout out to this company Wanda and Justin made scheduling so simple and easy and convenient I love pointe alarm been customer for over 10 yrs couldn’t be more happier with my alarm company best in the business.

We are very satisfied with the quality of their security, the couple of times our store got broken into they notified us immediately as well as contacted police immediately, any issues we've had with devices they send a tech to fix or adjust ASAP, usually same day or next. Raz who does majority of the phone calls and calls us if any issues is the sweetest and most kind woman. She is so thorough in explaining anything and always a delight to talk to.
