ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBING & WATER CLEANUP REVIEWS

We had to reschedule due to high demand which I understood so the very nice receptionist Andria put me on high priority for the following day. Today I had the pleasure of having Matt as my service tech. My sewage drain has been backing up constantly over the last week or so and he was able to find a solution after almost what felt like hours of trying. Most people would've quit after a few failed attempts and hitting your head twice, but Matt did not. My biggest fear was having to pay Mr Rooter and still have a flood in my basement but due to Matt's great service, advice, and tunnel vision those fears are no longer. Thank you Matt and thank you Mr Rooter for the service you provide me and my community.

Robert (Red) came to my house to snake my main drain. He was fantastic! I had just had the main drain snaked a few weeks prior by a different company & it backed up again. Turns out the first company misdiagnosed the issue saying it was tree roots. Robert got thru the 'soft' blockage & all is well!! He was excellent at explaining everything. He was extremely courteous & friendly. I would definitely recommend him & use Roto Rooter again if needed.

,Matt our service technician was wonderful. Very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and our options. He did great work and cleaned up after like a professional. I would recommend them for anyone who needed good honest professional workmanship!

Their team was efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. From the initial consultation to the installation day, everything went smoothly. They also installed a new water heater, and now my whole system runs flawlessly. Highly recommend them for any residential plumbing needs!

Detroit Plumbing and Drain Services handled the installation of several sinks and bathtubs for our commercial property, and they exceeded all expectations. The plumbers were punctual, professional, and left no mess behind. They even recommended the best water heater for our needs and took care of the entire installation. If you're looking for reliable plumbing work, I highly recommend these guys!

I tired one of those plumbing companies that I saw a sign on a light pole & it was hand written (1st red flag). But I gave it a go and was surely disappointed. After that experience I called TNT they were professional polite & got the job done right the first time. I will be calling TNT for all my plumbing issues in the future.

My faucet was leaking nonstop. TNT came and installed my new faucet. It looks beautiful. The plumber worked dilligently to bring my plumbing up to par. I would call them again.

I would HIGHLY recommend Marc , he was professional and quick definitely did a good job with my drains !!!!! I will be calling him again if I have any more issues.
