I called them late on a Friday night about a problem. The scheduling/dispatch staff were polite and helpful. Even though it was late and the problem not something easily fixed immediately, the technician worked with me to find a solution, thinking out of the box and ultimately resolving my problem. He arrived earlier than promised, was professional, knowledgeable and explained things to me as he worked. Before he left he ensured that the work area was clean and tidy. I really appreciated his help and will definitely recommend them highly.

I was surprised and pleased at how quickly a technician was sent to my residence to assess and solve my plumbing issue. I have never experienced a problem of this nature and not able to solve it with traditional solutions. Rotor Rooter has my respect.
