Brooklyn Bedding

We had a great experience picking out our mattress at Brooklyn Bedding. Viviana was so great, friendly and honest. When we had our mattress and other items delivered to her house. We had all our items except for our cooling mattress cover. We were told by the delivery men it was “out of stock” and we would need to contact the store manager, Viviana. So I called and found out it was in stock but it was not put on the truck. Within an hour we had our cooling mattress cover delivered to our house. We had a great experience with BB and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very surprised by how pleasant my sales agent Viviana Villa was. She was very courteous and helpful. When I first walked in I was a little apprehensive about doing such a big purchase, but she put my mind at ease when she told me that she had purchased a bed before she worked here. You will always get a smile and knowledge with Viviana.

Bedding Done Right! I walked in on a Sunday of all days and was able to walk out a happy customer! Charlotte was courteous and professional...she made sure I left with the right mattress for my needs. 10/10 would recommend.
