Factory Direct Mattress

I had the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time at this store. I called the store on Thursday to see if they had mattresses in stock for pick up on Monday. The associate was kind, so helpful, did absolutely everything she could to help me over the phone, take my order, and reassure me that the mattress would be ready for me to pick up on Monday in the very small time frame I had to work with. When I arrived on Monday, the associates knew my name, welcomed me, and had my mattress ready to go. They even loaded it on to my truck for me. This whole experience was so easy for me!! I will go back to this location for sure!!

The associate helping me was very informative of their products. She was very helpful and not overbearing when I was looking through the store. The delivery was quick after purchase, next day. They were very courteous and nice while dropping off the new mattress. They also offer to take the old one. I would recommend this place.

Very friendly & helpful! They have wide variety of choices, easy delivery, and they really give you the time you need to decide on a bed. We worked with Kyle and she was fantastic! Highly recommend them for your mattress choices.
