I worked with an amazing Assistant by the name of Matthew at the Leon Valley location. He was very kind and helpful, even though I walked in last minute. He was so polite and extremely knowledgeable, that I lost track of time and he just kept teaching me so much. He made me feel like if time wasn’t important, but my sleep comfort what was most important (good thing was that he was so effective that I didn’t stay very long after closing). I want to thank him for being the best employee I’ve ever worked with in my over 20 years of buying from Mattress Firm (even better than any manager I’ve personally worked with). I ended up spending more money than expected, but that was the best decision I could have made after learning so much about all the different features and technology that each different mattress has to offer. Thank you Matthew for taking the time to be so patient and kind while trying to find the perfect mattress, which I successfully did.

I needed a new mattress so I figured this was a good place to start. 10 out of 10 recommend. The gentleman working Eugene has superior customer service. He was informative and helpful in meeting my expectations from my budget to my specific needs for comfort. Also the prices were good. I went looking for 1 mattress and I ended up buying 2. I think that speaks volumes. Thanks Eugene.
