Just had a great experience at your store today. Devon was beyond knowledgeable about all of Mattress Firm’s inventory and finding the best option for me. He took the time to explain everything in detail and really helped me understand why certain mattresses were more than others. Also, wanted to mention I am dealing with a broken leg and the other team member, Gage, made it a point to run out and grab the doors for me as I crutched in. You guys got a great team at your downtown Salt Lake City location. Very excited for the new bed coming on Sunday. Thank you Devon for all the help today.

Dane was the reason this experience was so wonderful. He was knowledgeable, understanding of our budget and our time constraints. He was truly the consummate professional. I was dreading the dog and pony show of mattress buying, and he made it quick and painless. If you want to buy a mattress, go see Dane from the Park City location, he’s great.

Staff was knowledgeable and offered me mattresses based on what I wanted and needed, not what would give them the biggest commission. They also offered me multiple payment methods to make sure I walked out with the mattress that I wanted and wasn't stuck with. Overall a fantastic experience.
