Mattress Firm Harvard

We went to the Reno store on Harvard Way yesterday & had a successful visit. Our sales lady, Victoria Wiberg, was very professional & a pleasure to work with. Victoria was open & honest by telling us that she was new to the Company. She must have had good training as she was knowledgeable & comfortable assisting us. A great experience.

Super helpful staff! We were acknowledged when we walked in even though they were very busy. We were checked on multiple times while waiting and given updates as to our wait time. Shelbee was awesome in helping us based on our wants and needs. Would highly recommend using this location for your new bed purchases.

My experience at the Mattress Firm in Reno was a 10/10! They had the best prices on mattresses in town. The gentleman who helped me out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I would definitely come back if in need of another mattress, great-quality pillows, etc.!
