My mom, sister and I are beyond pleased with the Mattress Firm inside Westwood Plaza on Airport Blvd. The store manager, James, was very friendly and provided excellent customer service from the moment we entered the store. While explaining the quality and differences between the mattresses and box springs, he went above and beyond to provide us with amazing President's Day savings. James is extremely knowledgeable, polite, patient, friendly, and helpful, and provided us with the best shopping experience I have ever encountered! The man James Pendleton was very professional ,courteous and very knowledgeable about his products. I had a after purchase issue and he took care of it quickly and promptly and I've never been more satisfied with my mattress.
