3 Best Hotels in Mobile, AL

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is full of history and well kept. We were traveling with our children and it is certainly a family friendly hotel with rooms large enough to accommodate our large family. The heated rooftop pool was a hit with the kids and room service made it easy to relax after a long trip during the day. We ate breakfast in the dining room which was buffet style, but the food was good quality. A short walk to restaurants and other city attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute hotel in the downtown area. Walkable to lots of dining options. Rooms and the amenities were very clean but have historic decor, which isn’t my favorite vibe. The staff was the star of the show, every single person we encountered went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The concierge level lounge was very well stocked with lots of options including drinks, snacks and hot foods and appetizers.

Very beautiful hotel in a convenient part of town nestled off the water. The quiet rooms have the most comfortable beds I've enjoyed in a while, and nice blackout curtains! I really enjoyed the pool, and all of the staff we encountered were kind and friendly.

This hotel is a fabulous Hotel. In every way it exceeds expectations. From the minute you walk in the smell in the lobby is very nice and refreshing. My family and I were traveling cross country and we stopped here on our first night. We had not planned properly and walked in without a reservation. We had not thought out a route properly and it was difficult because we're traveling with children. The biggest star at this hotel is its manager Adrian and some of the front desk and cleaning staff. We walked in and they helped us in so many ways, I'm not going to get into all the details. Suffice it to say that Adrian is a kind considerate and caring person and we were so grateful that he was working when we arrived. We need more Adrians in the world.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown Mobile, AL! The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived — special shout out to Tay, Tatum, Jake, Gloria, and most of all, Adrian for making us feel so welcome. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great, clean rooms. Good options for hot breakfast. Jimmy John’s on site for a quick bite and Amazon locker if you forgot anything you can’t get in their store etc. We had a great stay.
