Juan was THE BEST! He made buying a mattress so easy. He was patient and polite and he helped me to find a mattress in my budget that I am absolutely obsessed with! He was funny and personable and really made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I even heard he saved a baby from a burning car once. Once in a lifetime employee here.

We had an excellent experience. We worked with Ridge at the Henrietta, NY location, who went above and beyond for customer service measures, even staying late when we had trouble making a final decision. I would recommend this location and working with Ridge for a great experience in selecting a mattress, which isn't always an easy choice.
