Kent was an excellent salesperson! Super helpful and knowledgeable and addressed all my needs and concerns. Very charismatic and attentive and helped me get the best deal and find the perfect mattress for me in my budget. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressure me to buy the super expensive ones like in other places. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family and will return next time I need a new mattress!

John was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect mattress for me and my husband!! My husband and I have polar opposite needs when it comes to the perfect mattress but John was very patient and helped us find a mattress that benefited the both of us. Will definitely be coming back when it’s time to buy a new mattress for our son!

By far the best experience I have had shopping for a mattress! John was very polite and professional giving us the time and space to make a decision. We ordered our bed on a Sunday and expect delivery by Monday! We look forward to sleeping on our new mattress.

We stopped in to ortho mattress after visiting three other locations. Dan approached us right away and he was very helpful not the typical salesperson. He had a genuine concern for our health needs he didn't show us the most expensive product but stayed within the budget that we told him we were looking to spend. In the end we spent more than what we were looking ($4500) because we added an adjustable base after Dan found out more about how we sleep and how many hours we normally sleep. It was his genuine concern for our needs and the fact that Ortho is factory direct making their own mattress at a higher quality for a lower price that led us to making the purchase.

Wonderful service here I highly recommend Dan if you want to get your bed and have great conversation. I had such I great a experience here I will be coming back for the next bed that I need to buy In the future 100%.

Logan was a great help! Thank you for making our purchases quick and easy. Most places don't let you take your matress home same day, but not here they have it all in stock so convenient. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for comfy mattress.Great customer service!!!

If you are looking for a bed you have to give Boxdrop JBB serious consideration. Phillip was amazing! There was no one pushing sales, just answering questions and offering opinions. They delivered our mattress same day. We highly recommend them.

What a pleasant experience. I bought an 8" inch sapphire sleep memory foam mattress. There was s small stain. They agreed to take it back and I traded it in for a 10 inch one. I was misquoted a lower price which they honored even though it meant losing $150. Men of their word. Thanks Logan and Philip!
