Sleep City Rochester

My husband and I have been buying our mattresses exclusively from Sleep City for a few years now. We started when our son needed one, then us and most recently our daughter. Every time we have gone in the people have been so helpful, kind and informative. They were so patient with our little one while she tested all the beds. Their customer service is absolutely amazing and their prices truly cannot be beat. If you’re in the market for a new bed, then make them your first stop because I promise you will not have to go anywhere else.

After visiting other stores, we tried Sleep City. No pressure, no hype, just a friendly welcome and assistance. Gino was very cool at showing us what we were looking for. We were happy with the price and punctual delivery. Cant say enough GOOD about this facility and experience. Thanks guys.

Gino is great. He made me feel comfortable trying out all the beds, no pressure for sales, and was patient with me going back and forth and made it fun! I had been to a few other mattress stores in Henrietta and this is the best place to shop by far. Thank Gino, cant wait for my delivery.
