Great customer service, and even more importantly- most amazing mattress of my life! I am a functional movement practitioner and yoga teacher and have a lot of awareness of my body and my posture. This mattress does it all- lots of support and the perfect amount of pressure relief. I love that we can change the layers as we need to. We started firm-med-soft on top and it was too soft. now we are firm-soft-med and it seems to be perfect, but I feel relief knowing that we keep playing with it if we need to! love this company and this product.

I like this company! They contacted me after I placed my order online to make sure they had everything correct. A few days later they had a sale and when I called they honored the sale price for the mattress I bought the previous week. They have great customer service and I trust them, which I think says a lot.
