I had an amazing experience from the time I submitted my inquiry to the time I left out of the facility. I was contacted almost immediately after submitting my inquiry and was given the full rundown of the process and pricing. They were able to take me the same day and I was greeted warmly once I arrived. I elected to have three areas done and they were able to do two during the same appointment. My laser technician was very polite and of course knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. The process in total was maybe 5 minutes and that included the few times I needed a quick break from the laser. The actual lasering wasn't bad. It feels like a quick, hot pluck and then the sensation totally goes away almost as quickly as I felt it. She had an ice pack handy just in case I needed it but. I will be back to get my bikini area done.

Kerissa is the BEST! I’ve never had Botox before (and I do NOT like needles), but she explained the whole process to me in a way that was very easy to understand. She also told me what she was about to do before she did each step, so I knew exactly what to expect. She made me feel so at ease, and it was almost completely painless! Can’t wait to see her smiling face next time I go back :)

I’ve had several experience at this ideal image now. From Botox to cool sculpting and now the BBL face treatment. I always feel like I am in good hands and enjoy my results. Would 10/10 recommend BBL if you struggle with redness and for a general glow to the skin.
