Josie and I have always been treated with respect and compassion at Southpoint Animal Hospital. The staff gives us the feeling that we are a special part of their family. Josie is always handled so carefully. Dr. Lapham is there for the animals. There has never been a doubt in my mind that he will take the very best of care of Josie. When he makes a recommendation, I follow it because I trust Dr. Lapham with my Sweet Josie. (Picture) Josie gets a lot of sleep when we go camping!.

We made our first visit of our 8 weeks lab puppy. Dr. Greif and the staff attending our girl were extremely friendly and had lot of patience answering & explaining all our questions. All the health checks and immunizations were well explained to us. I would be looking forward for our pet’s future visits at this animal hospital.

Every time I visited this hospital, the staff were very likable and greeted us with a smile. Bentley loves his doctor and nurses that treated him treats. I won’t hesitate to recommend the hospital to friends.

There are no words great enough to describe how much I LOVE North Paw Animal Hospital. We have had multiple pets as patients there over the years and they've NEVER disappointed us. I especially appreciate their attentiveness, follow-up and empathy towards both pets and owners. Staff are all super friendly and strive to learn their patients and their families. I'm often greeted by name (as are my pets) when we walk through the door. The Doctors are super knowledgeable in their craft. I've never questioned one of their opinions or diagnoses, majorly because they take the time to break them down for you and give you the potential causes, risks, treatments etc., and are honest about the services they can provide, and happy to provide referrals when necessary. They always answer the phone, answer questions, return calls, and medications are super easy to refill and pick up on the same day (provided you're not calling at closing time). Additionally, they offer Paw Plans. These are monthly payment plans that cover the cost of all annual checkups, and vaccines, and can provide discounts on other things like medication and unexpected visits. Our senior dog is on the elevated plan and it includes one dental cleaning a year. These plans are super affordable, don't just take my word for it, ask them! One step inside the door, and you'll know you're in the right place.

I have taken Rosie to North Paw for over 5 years, initially for grooming (she needs deep sedation to offset her reactive feral instincts), but ultimately for exams and other needs. The staff are professional, thorough, and compassionate.

So glad that my daughter referred me to North Paw. The staff was so warm and caring. They took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. They made my fur baby feel welcomed and safe.
