Where else can you find these prices And they are very community focused. I can tell that they love their city and want to help. I’ve always worked with very kind people at the register And all of them have had immense patience for the long line that can build sometimes. They are fast and efficient while so answering questions. I live in North Raleigh and I pick up my meds here when I drive to Durham to visit friends. That is saying something.

#1 pharmacy hands down. Staff is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly, especially Mrs Pat, I think that is her name ( beautiful black woman upfront who knows Every customer by name) she is awesome. I feel bad for not remembering one name and she remembers us all. Hope she got or gets a BIG BONUS PAY. She deserves it.

It’s a great Pharmacy!! The staff is so pleasant and nice and very helpful as well!! It’s always clean.

Great experience, they help me all the time with filling my prescription, auto refills and their time to time updates help me keep track of all my prescriptions. Easy to contact and best customer service.

Very friendly folks who were able to get my medicine at a reasonable rate. Much less busy than some of the big name pharmacies with better customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate the small town vibe and hospitality.

Prasanna Bafna has been my pharmacist for years and I can’t imagine anyone finding a better pharmacist in the Triangle area. He is extremely kind, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. It’s obvious he takes a genuine interest in all of his clients. I am always confident that I am in the best of hands whether he’s filling my prescriptions, administering a vaccine, or calling my doctor or insurance company to check up on something. Southpoint Pharmacy deserves more than 5 stars!.

We deeply appreciate the wisdom of Persona Bafna, but as important to us is his high level of service. He remembers names of customers, spots potential interactions between medications, and is endlessly patient with people who need extra guidance as they age and many of them find they have multiple medications to juggle. We have no reservations in recommending this pharmacist and his sincere caring of his customers..
