A sweet blessing to our family! I can’t recommend Emerge enough. We’ve been attending the Carrboro clinic for almost two years now. After trying multiple places that didn’t “fit” the unique needs of my 3 neurodivergent kids. All of the therapists and staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating and caring. They have a unique disposition to provide quality services. My kids love the sensory Gym. Here you are like family. And treated with kindness, respect and compassion. My kids have grown leaps and bounds since starting here. And have helped us find a good balance and peace in our lives that we’ve desperately needed and wanted. What more could you want as a parent. I recommend all of the staff members. Big Shoutout to our current therapists; MARY, TESSA and MADELINE! And thank you MARIA for always helping us out with scheduling and other needs! Thank y’all for all you do for us and for your undying support and dedication in helping my kids thrive! Much love and gratitude!.

Working with Megan C. virtually for reading support has been such a success for our family. Not only is it convenient, but Megan is able to engage our kids in a fun and dynamic way while also customizing our sessions based on our kids’ interests. She is very flexible and willing to switch activities throughout the session based on their feedback. The hour session flies by and our experience online is just as impactful as it is in-person.

We love Emerge! Tori is the therapist for both our kids and she is wonderful. We have been helped so much by OT. Highly recommend!.

I have to take a moment today to write my enthusiastic praise of our PT, Marissa. She has been working with my daughter for over a year now, and Marissa has always provided excellent therapy at our home. My 3-year-old daughter looks forward to “playing” with her during their weekly sessions and blows her kisses when she leaves. But beyond that, Marissa has been an incredible support and resource for me as mom of a medically complex kiddo. She has proactively helped us obtain equipment and aids; understand services, billing and insurance complexities; troubleshoot all sorts of challenges; and advocate for my daughter in the school setting. She’s done her own legal research to help me understand my daughter’s rights; provided written instructions for me to help train other caregivers; and made herself available by phone and email even on weekends. She is an excellent teacher, is truly invested in the lives of the kids who are in her care, and I couldn’t be more grateful that she’s on my daughter’s team.

Avani, your team of therapists are awesome! My son loves his therapy sessions, his favorite is Anne Marie, she is like family to my family. Samantha and Denise are as well special to us. Thanks Therapy Smarts for your services.

Ms. Lesa is such a gem! Somehow she manages 27 clients but the way she loves my daughter, you would think she's the only one. She's very attentive and I feel so supported as a parent!.

FYZICAL KIDS REVIEWS

There are not enough words for me to express the difference that this has made for my daughter. I have seen my daughter blossom over the last few months of working with Hope. Occupational therapy impacts EVERY THING. She has done better with self regulation, speech, social environments—I mean everything. I love that Hope pushes her and helps redefine what her limits are. Seriously, she will tell me “I really want her to do x” and they will absolutely get there. She made me realize my goals were not ambitious enough. My only regret is that we didn’t start sooner.

If you're an awesome person to self, then child, then family then you have to the world! And that's her! I know her in many ways and she beyond awesome!!! Her experience is amazing! I've seen her in action!!! A must to place your kids in her hand.

Hope at FYZICAL Kids has been wonderful! In just a few months of working together, we’ve seen tremendous progress in our daughter. Hope is compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated. Our daughter adores her and can’t wait for each session.
