Today was my first visit with Triangle Visions and it was a great one! I was forced to find a new optometrist due to insurance stuff and was annoyed that I had to find a new doctor. But my experience today was so great! From the receptionist staff, to the tech, to the doctor, to the guy who helped me pick out my glasses! Everyone was so genuinely nice and accommodating. Can't wait to receive my new frames! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

My first time attending this location was great. I received professional service from all the staff members. I was impressed with the explanations from both the doctor and staff who took the time to explain the procedures for the examination. I greatly appreciate them for their outstanding service.

Very friendly staff. Daris was very helpful with options for pediatric glasses. Fun selection of Zoobugs. Handicap access via back of building.

Yesterday afternoon I showed up for my annual examination at the eyecare center here in Durham North Carolina. I arrived early for my appointment at the front desk, where the staff promptly provided me with conveniently pre-filled forms. While completing the process, this welcoming staff connected with the warmth of a dear old friend, yet they were able to usher me into an exam room before my appointed time. Dean, a very focused technical assistant, wasted no time in guiding me through a series of steps necessary to prepare me for the scheduled assessment. My optometrist was Dr. J. Kallon, a gifted physician with a most reassuring and genuine smile, which gives us patients the confidence to know that we are sincerely appreciated and certainly in the right place. A battery of tests consisted of the use of advanced technology, basic H&P and clinical exams for an accurate and comprehensive assessment. In my great comfort I asked several questions concerning the evaluation and my visual future. Dr. K maintaining her gracious poise shared clear and practical knowledge, corrected misinformation and misperceptions, and guided me with understanding concerning the waves of future advances. This is the medical team that you want looking into your eyes. Their communication amongst themselves and with me was outstanding. They were efficient and cordial in every way. Thorough, professional, caring, knowledgeable and dedicated.They missed nothing. Obviously, they exercise the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen - continuous, incremental improvement.

The employees at the front desk were above and beyond helpful, and the eye exam was thorough and well-explained. Finally learned why my current pair of glasses have always felt a little bit off! Highly recommend this place.

The staff were very helpful, the doctor was very kind, and the process was simple.

Really really friendly staff. The whole experience was quick, thorough and friendly. I went on a Friday morning. Dr. Patel was really kind and the young lady who confirms appointments and check you in was really responsive. The other young woman who helped with the glasses looked into my benefits to make sure I was getting the most.

Great Costumer service! The staff was wonderful!! From the front desk to the back every staff member had great attitudes and made me feel welcome!! They did great work and I’m ready for my glasses to come in because how dialed in the eye exam was!! 10/10 highly recommended.

I have no complaints! Everyone was so sweet and patient, helped me when needed and was very genuine about it! Go get y’all glasses from them!.
