Casey has received her yoga teacher training and mentorship from the former owner, Sara Doyle, PhD, a faculty member in Duke Anatomy. Blue Point Yoga offers a variety of classes, such as yoga for those over 50, prenatal, deep stretch and meditation, advanced flow, and more, providing a holistic experience of yoga. The team at Blue Point Yoga is deeply passionate about yoga, mindfulness, and the positive impacts that yoga and meditation can have on health and well-being. Their instructors, highly trained professionals, may offer suggestions on safe alignment, beneficial stretches, and hands-on adjustments during classes.
