Absolutely the best meal we have ever had! Jared was such a pleasure and knowledgeable. The entire atmosphere is amazing. The food is better than authentic food from the countries which the recipe is from!! The chef has a great world of flavors colliding, I have never been more impressed with a restaurant I just happened to park near. I certainly will drive the 6 hours to enjoy Nuevo again! Thank you for the experience!!!.

We kicked off our visit with some margaritas. The jalapeños cilantro was our favorite. A splendid flavor profile with a little kick. The spicy mango also hit the spot. The habanero jelly guacamole was the winner in our guacamole trio. The chimichanga was delicious. The staff was awesome. Our server was perfectly attentive. We had a great experience,.

It was my first time here and I was really good our server Brayan was so amazing he was really kind our food was amazing and came out really fast. Brayan explain how everything in the menu when we had questions. We came from Michigan and I really recommend here and more with our server Brayan.

Absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere, great service, friendly staff, amazing food!! They have such a well thought out, unique menu with top-notch choices; really cleverly presented in a select-your-own style with endless possibilities. Great drink menu with limited standard domestics, some IPA/Craft beer, N/A and draught Cider. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

LOVE Barrio ... and Tremont is the BEST location! Food, drinks and staff are all top notch!! Can't get enough of this place! A must go to if you've never been. Andrew is our favorite.

Open late on a Monday. Cute place & a great neighborhood find! Had tacos/rice & a drink. All was good.

SI SEÑOR MEXICAN RESTAURANT REVIEWS

We came in on a Sunday night, wasn’t too crowded, Steven was our server and he was absolutely lovely and attentive! We tried two of the Peruvian dishes instead of the traditional Mexican food and both were very tasty. One was a version of steak and potatoes and another was a version of a seafood rice dish like paella. We were told the new chef there is from Peru so they have a specials menu of all Peruvian food, so it was very nice to try something different. It was nice as the chef came out and interacted with tables also! There’s truly no where to get Peruvian food around town so it was fun to try something different. We will definitely be back to enjoy Steven’s service again!

This is a great restaurant. The Fajitas were good came out nice and hot, the beans, my wifes burrito bowl was good. The only bad I would say is the rice wasn’t the best but most Mexican restaurants don’t have good rice. Definitely recommend. Also Law Enforcement and first responders get 50% off as of 11/30/25. Also Taco Tuesday 2.50 tacos and 7/8 different meat choices, premium meats are 3.50 only 2 of those options.

Such an amazing and delicious spot! My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant and a westpark must have! My family and I have been coming here for 15 plus years and today Steven helped us revel the gender of my first baby to our families. So beyond grateful for this place and will continue to eat, party, gather, and of course drink here!
