I've tried everything on the menu and when I say everything is made fresh, I love it. Great atmosphere, great employees, great service. That chicken philly with American cheese y'all keep up the good work.

This is the best penn station I have ever been to. Nick is a very welcoming person and is second to none for customer service. All the employees are really great as well.

Always go here and the food and the service were great.

Best sandwiches in Cleveland. They stop selling when they’re out of bread for the day. Turkey is tried and true. Prime rib is indulgent. Grilled cheese is hilariously delicious- ordered it for my child and I ate half of it.

Finally got a chance to stop in here and I’m very happy I did. My turkey club may be the best I have ever had. Great group of guys in there as well. I will be back.

One of the best places in Cleveland to get a sandwich.

Consistently good sandwiches and service. The bread is always fresh and perfectly toasty. Surprisingly efficient during the rush - they manage carry-out orders and the line quickly without compromising on quality. Everyone working is friendly enough, and it's always a fun mix of folks eating-in. Grab a seat at the window counter and enjoy people-watching while you eat a great sandwich.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is my absolute go-to for incredible flavors! As a vegetarian, I truly appreciate their care in customizing my order, especially the Mediterranean without chicken, which is always fantastic. The staff is consistently friendly, and the shop maintains excellent hygiene. Highly recommend.

It was an easy walk from our hotel, Crown Plaza Cleveland At Playhouse Square. Food was one of the best sandwiche I have had in a long time. The service was great. First time to Cleveland for both of us.
