PONAK'S MEXICAN KITCHEN REVIEWS

I haven't been to Ponak's for about 25 years and after last night I realized, I've been missing out. There were 3 of us and everyone's food was a huge portion and delicious. The Taco Salad was great and I was barely able to finished it. The Chicken Nachos were massive and they had a ton of cheese. We got a pitcher of Margaritas and had a great meal. Our waitress did a great job and she rocked it.

Great staff and comfort Mexican food. Known for margaritas and regulars where the staff know them by name. Kid friendly options and conveniently located. I enjoy getting the street tacos with a local Boulevard Tank 7.

We have been coming to Ponak's for more than 30 years, and it's as good as ever. The margaritas, food and service are great, and the portions are large. Best Mexican food in Missouri.

MANNY'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Super solid food! Prices are kinda high for what it is, and their salsa tastes like pizza sause. Other than those too gripes, this places is fantastic!!! Their birria quesadilla is amazing. Ive never had anything like that before. Super creative of these guys!!! One of the best in Kansas City for sure!!!.

I love Manny's so much, and I'm not saying that because the cucumber jalapeño margarita is my favorite drink. The server was great, but I forgot 1 thing on my order. I ordered 1 flauta, but they gave me 2 flautas because they were small. They were so tasty. My friends enjoyed themselves as it was their first time there.

The food is delicious, and they have some of the best margaritas you can get in the area. It's definitely not a restaurant you should sleep on. The service is great as well.

Great Mexican food and nice atmosphere! I got the fish platter, and it was very flavorful and seasoned well. There were good portions as well. The margaritas and drinks were good as well; not too strong though. Overall, very place and definitely would recommend it.

Food was good, skinny margs were delish and our waitress Rochelle was very attentive and happy to ask all my menu questions. First time here and we will for sure be back to enjoy the patio!

Just go. Some say one thing or another. Nonsense. I've been eating toco's and chips there for many, any years. VERY good. Great place to eat fairly cheap and in the heart of the city. If you have a performance at Kaufman, we always eat here and then walk over to the performance. Park behind the restaurant for free! Use the back door entrance. A great meal and you'll be glad you went.
