Ponak's Mexican Kitchen is the idea of started by John Ponak & Crew. The restaurant is still Kansas City's most famous Mexican eatery in the 4th decades, and it is famous not only for its excellent food and a relaxed, friendly environment but also for world-class Margaritas on tap. John Ponak imagined returning to his hometown of Kansas City and starting an eatery when he came back to "the world" he did just that; in an industrialized sector of the city near the Kansas River Ponak's, it became a landmark. Ponak's Mexican Kitchens recipes are guided by the Sonora area of Mexico, steeped in culture and flavor for hundreds of years. Their teams are using only the finest ingredients and make them fresh throughout the day, and it gets a little extra time and effort, but they think their clients are worth it. The restaurant party room is available Monday-Thursday through regular business times as well as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until 4 pm.

Manny's Mexican Restaurant is an opportunity to serve the Kansas City Crossroads Community for the last 40 years. It is a Kansas City true family-owned and managed company. The Restaurant's owner to the general director to the bartender to the bus-person, the Lopez family, makes assured the Restaurant is open and running Monday through Saturday. First, it is accommodated 50 seat guests, now Manny's Restaurant has grown to received for 350 visitors, and three separate rooms are used for private functions from 25-100 people. Their entire building is an iconic place on the corner of the 20th and Southwest Boulevard. Their teams are using only for authentic family methods prepared fresh daily with the freshest ingredients. All of the margaritas served are hand-poured and created with a unique, secret blend of sweet and sour mix. Port Fonda is authentic Mexican cuisine that worked from a custom Airstream trailer. It was begun as Kansas City's most talked-about dining experience, and it is the successful most compelling establishment.
