Maria Meza and his son are dedicated to giving traditional Mexican recipes at an affordable price, using only the most authentic ingredients as possible, often making in hard-to-find food products straight from Mexico. The indoor restaurant welcomes you for the unique festive events spotlighting classical arts and enjoyment from Mexico that are held throughout the year. It has a small well-curated bar; they have selected the most reputable, responsibly built Tequilas and Mezcales to complement their cuisine. In El Rancho Grande, all staff speaks English and Spanish, so you don't worry about sharing your thoughts. The restaurant Puebla is their culture of the food reflected the home of mole, a rich, spicy sauce including chocolate, cinnamon, and nuts, as well as various kinds of hot peppers.

Don Jose Tequilas Restaurant was the first-ever Mexican enterprise in Federal Hill established on April 1st, 2000. The restaurant is the house of the sensitive Molcajete Azteca, an authentic Mexican entree devised by a top-class chef who made her family recipes from Veracruz (Mexico) to Federal Hill. It has an own Tequila Bar, one of two fully stocked bars to assist the best drinks and tequilas. Their chef Maria Hernandez & Chef Raquel Diaz invented and assembled the menu, combining their family recipes to produce unique dishes that are far from the usual fare. Raquel Diaz is responsible for taking to Providence, La Cochinita Pibil, Yucatan-style steam roast pork, slowly roasted in plantain leaves has become a must-have delicacy when you visit Don Jose Tequilas. Their signature dish serves on a fiery volcanic plate with enough Mexican flavor buds since its establishment started.
