My experience was amazing. The staff greeted my son and I as soon as we entered, even though they were busy. Elijah assisted me with information on the basses I was looking at. He even played a little so I could hear the differences. This was a 3 day process and all the staff were just as happy and pleasing as the first day we walked in. Kudos to the whole team.

We live in Oklahoma and were spending the week in Branson/Springfield. We called from the road and set up a practice room so my son could try several trumpet mouthpieces. The staff and band/orchestra (?) specialist gave their input. Total professionalism from start to finish. I wish we lived closer so we could deal with them routinely. Thanks to the whole staff for a wonderful experience.

This place was awesome. We went in to buy a guitar for my wife. As someone who knew very little about guitars, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The best part is they did not pressure to buy a specific instrument and really seemed to care about you getting what you want. They generously gave their time and expertise to help us, and I can not say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY recommend
