Megan and Emma are fantastic. Professional, caring, helpful and hard working. They are very easy to work with and listen really well. From middle of the night texts about details to making our vision happen the day of…they were super proficient and patient with us. We had full faith in both of them to make it happen the day of and they absolutely came through! It was perfection! We highly recommend White Veil Occasions for any and all event planning.

Working with White Veil Occasions was truly one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding! From our very first meeting, Megan and Emma brought a calming presence, an abundance of knowledge, and a genuine excitement for bringing our vision to life. She had an answer for everything, kept things running so smoothly, made sure everyone was taken care of, and basically worked like crazy to make sure the day was beautiful. As the mother of the groom, I reached out to Stacie with Aquabella Events a month before the wedding after I became overwhelmed by all the tasks that needed to be handled on the wedding day. Stacie jumped in without hesitation. She created a flawless timeline, coordinated vendors, kept us on track, and handled countless on site details with total ease. She was willing to do whatever it took: perfecting the tablescape, lighting candles, making sure the bride and groom had food, clearing plates and table décor, and stepping in anywhere she was needed. Thanks to her, the entire day ran seamlessly and I was actually able to enjoy it. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend!.

BOOK STACIE NOW! If you are questioning whether or not you need a day of coordinator, I’m telling you right now you do. The only answer is Stacie. I lost count of how many fires she put out throughout the evening. This made our day run smoother than the icing on our cake! She was extremely professional and was able to act and work quickly any time the chance arose. She answered questions with confidence. She did her homework! I cannot recommend Stacie enough!.
