Palen Music Center in Columbia has a good selection of used and new instruments. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly! Brendon went over and beyond to help us get a keyboard home to SC that we purchased on our visit to Columbia to see my mom for Thanksgiving. He found us a moving blanket and wrapped it for us! I highly recommend this music store! It’s not every day that you come across people willing to go this far to help their customers.

Palen Music is an amazing music store with a professional and knowledgable staff!!! I take guitar lessons at Palen Music . Also, I purchased a Roland baby grand piano from there. As soon as you enter the store you are greeted by numerous employees with hellos, how are you doings, and big smiles. The store itself is beautiful with anything you might want!!! A top notch business in Springfield, MO.

From the beginning, the receiving we got by the staff at the desk, was very friendly and very educative about what the lessons and program consist of. We went to other places to scope around prices and schedules, and was nothing like this place. My daughter has been attending for about two months and she loves it and I appreciate the patience and education she is receiving I highly recommend this place for little ones starting their music journey.

My son started taking guitar lessons 2 weeks ago and each week he has needed a new string. Jace at the front counter has helped us each time and he is always so friendly and helpful. He has greeted us with a smile each time and makes us always feel welcome in the store. We will definitely be coming to this store for all our music needs.

This is the best place to purchase an instrument and learn how to play it. I purchased a banjo from Ernie Williamson Music and have been attending lessons weekly for the last 3 months. I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff tremendously. I would highly recommend this business for all you music needs.

Kobe sent us out the door with 2 amazing guitars that we didn't realize we're available to us. His passion and expertise hooked us up with gear we have truly fallen in love with. Thank you.

If you are looking for lessons ask for Alex he's a great guitar teacher. He'll play at your pace. They also have a wide variety of guitars, drums, bass guitars, keyboards, and other electronics and accessories.

GC is awesome!! My son is taking guitar lessons here and they are teaching him SO much. He loves it!plus, every time I go in to buy something...it's on sale so that rocks.
