The office staff was always friendly, as well as patient with me when I needed clarification or questions answered. As far as Dr Wagner, she impressed me from the moment I met her, and never let me down! I have had ZERO problems with my back since she performed my surgery and have not been on any pain pills since shortly into my recovery. I HIGHLY recommend SONSA and Dr Wagner in particular.
My first visit. I was greeted warmly and professionally at the reception desk. At the appointed time I was escorted into Dr. Wagner's exam room and she came in a short time later. She was gracious and asked the right questions about my situation. She left the room for a few minutes to see if there were some previous MRI results of this condition and was able to compare them with the current MRI. She proscribed a further test to see what might be going on. I was impressed with her professional and engaging manner.
Dr Wagner is professional, personable and very down to earth. I was apprehensive about doing carpal tunnel surgery, but she put my mind at ease and gave me detailed information about the procedure. I would highly recommend her as a surgeon, she is very caring.
