maX It PAWN

Always a good day when I step into Maxit off of Cedar. I know I will find great deal and an even better atmosphere. I went in and got a fantastic deal from Liz on A white gold chain and a beautiful yellow gold Ankh. I was on the wall about the purchase but Liz assured me that I was getting a fair deal on a item I wanted and she also informed me of the VIP plan if i ever needed to Pawn it for some funds. As always I will be back for great deals and a great place to shop.

I went to maX it pawn to purchase aTV got it took it home and nothing work. called up. Drew answered told him what was going on. He said sure bring it back when I took it back he walked me to the process to make the TV work customer service above and beyond . If you own a store and you have a staff, bring them in there and come to watch Drew they will learn a lot about customer service. Thank you Drew.

I love his place, I've done many business transections here and I always get friendly and worm welcome . the store manger "Drew" is great guy, he is always welcoming, respectful and people person as well as all other staff. I can say it is a great place to do business. keep up the good work.
