Neth was so thorough and he is a great communicator. He made us feel very comfortable through his explanation of the process. He listened and he was committed to meeting our expectations. He even offered suggestions of additional paid services we could contact KPC about - to maybe add to our service plan (nest removal). It's just been a few hours but the difference has been noticeable. We really appreciate the time and effort he provided. He represented Kilauea Pest Control well. He was presentable, prepared, and friendly; and we are so very pleased with our initial service. We hope we get Neth again next time.

My husband and I love this pest control company. They do such a good job. And the staff from the accounting department to the technician, are so pleasant and easy to talk to. They are efficient and we are glad that they bought out NexGen. We do not have to remind them when our service is due. They are on top of things. Would highly recommend them.
